Life Be in It

These are FUN and original activities from around the world and can be played by small and large groups., This activity is a non threatening way to get to know the strengths, passions and interests of fellow employees. These creative Games involve co-operation, problem solving, trust and learning.

They include: Bocce, Wood Cricket, Le Mans, Tug of War, Archery, Boomerangs, Disc Golf and Horseshoes.

If you are looking for a fairly inactive way to spend time together having FUN this will work well for your group.

Mystery Box Program

One part of the program is an experiential exercise that requires participants to move a collection of boxes from their respective start points to their end points without contravening a set of operational guidelines given to the participants. If teams get solve the riddle incorrectly then an alarm will sound off in the box and they must start over again. A great challenge with results that are transferred back to the work place.

Survival Challenge Program

Get your group out of the office and learn some life long skills that can be used through work or in their leisure activities. The program can be designed to be competitive or also to emphasize problem solving, communication, trust, adapting to change and evaluating risk. This is the ultimate Inside Out Experience which includes shelter building, navigation, fire starting with matches, stretcher building, plants that can be used for medicinal or edible purposes. The program can include scenarios and simulation that can draw from the inside out using experiential learning. Powerful learning that can be related back to the work place. Participants must communicate well and work together to solve challenges they need to rely on to survive such as water acquisition, stretcher or shelter construction and carry out, ground to air signals and more.

Rocky Mountain Relay

This will be a timed event lasting in duration from 3.5 to 4 hours. Teams will be set up amongst the group. There will be different activity stations set up for each team to rotate amongst. The Team with the lowest time would be the winner. Some sample activities are as follows:

  • Sack Race
  • Fire Building
  • Shelter Construction
  • Stretcher Construction and then carry a person a distance
  • Biking Race
  • Orienteering Course with Compass
  • Boomerang Toss
  • Obstacle Course
Amazing Chase

This exciting program can be set up as a timed event or an untimed event with several different activity stations set up where the teams will rotate amongst. There will be detours and road blocks set up that they will come into play as they race to each activity.

Rafting/Pegging Team Building Program (Full Day) with lunch included

Your day will begin with ground based activities from our Simply Serious Fun Program which can be designed to be as active or inactive as you would like them to be. For this program we illustrate key personal and group/team skills required working in a group and/or as a team and focusing on fun and awareness of how people interact in the workplace.

After we serve you a fabulous lunch we then get you prepared for your afternoon session which is on the Kananaskis River, serve you a fabulous lunch and then shuttle you to the River to commence the afternoon portion of this program. For the Rafting and Pegging portion the objective of this activity is to set out and collect pegs at designated places along the river with the main facilitator serving as the overall project consultant.
