Snowshoeing

Snowshoeing is a healthy, invigorating and fun way to explore the countryside. We start our tours on trails and then teach you the skills to go off track. Enjoy the floating feeling of snowshoeing through powder snow. We will take you on a Guided 2 to 3 hour trail in the beautiful Elbow or Kananaskis Valley with the picturesque mountains as your backdrop. Learn how to build an Igloo/Snow Cave and identify the animal tracks of Elk, Lynx and Snowshoe Hares. Our experienced and knowledgeable Guides will also teach you about the geography, history, flora and fauna of the area. All equipment as well as a complimentary beverage and snack is provided for your day in the Outdoors!
