Whitewater Rafting Guide/Outdoor Adventure Guide
  • Guide Rafting/Mountain Biking/Hiking Adventures
  • Wilderness First Aid Certification
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
  • Swift Water Rescue Certification
  • Drivers License (Class 4) Class 2 would be considered an asset
  • Water/Outdoor background
  • Rafting Guide Certification
  • Log book of previous experience (up to date)

Trip Leader/Raft Guide

  • Wilderness First Aid Certification
  • Swift Water Rescue Certification
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
  • Drivers License (Class 4 or better) Class 2 would be considered an asset
  • Knowledgeable in Interpretive Skills
  • 3 or more years experience as a River Rafting Guide on Grade 3+
  • whitewater recorded in a log book (log book will be required at the time of interview)
  • comfortable speaking in front of small or large gatherings
River Support Staff Level 1 & 2
  • Class 2 Bus Driving License and clean driving record
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
  • Enjoys responsibility and can deal with all age groups, ethnic and/or corporate groups
  • Ability to take initiative and initiate proactive problem solving on the job
  • Wilderness First Aid Certification
  • Enjoys meeting and greeting guests as they arrive
  • Passion for the Outdoors
Bus Driver/Support Staff (Part or Full Time)
  • Class 2 Driving License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • An active outdoor enthusiast with a zest for life
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
Sales Associates/Administrative Support (office in Bragg Creek)
  • Proficient in communication both written and verbal form
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Ability and eager to work in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
  • Professional Sales abilities and understanding
  • Able to work effectively as a Team Member
  • Able to work unsupervised on occasion
Computer Skills required:
Individuals need to be proficient with computer skills and applications.
  • MS Word
  • MS Outlook
  • Windows XP
  • Excel
  • Internet
  • Maximizer Database (would be considered an asset)
  • Publisher (would be considered an asset)
  • On line booking System (would be considered an asset)

We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic people with professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills. This position requires an individual with superior organizational and communication skills. Previous Tourism/Hospitality experience would be an asset. Some Evenings and Weekend Shifts are required.

On call guide positions may be available depending on bookings

All certifications can be obtained through Inside Out Experience.
