How to Dress for your Outdoor Adventure
We want you to thoroughly enjoy your Outdoor Adventure with us, therefore we ask that you please wear/bring the items that we suggest below for your appropriate Adventure Tour.
What to Bring for your White water Rafting Adventure: Swimsuit or shirt and shorts (preferably not cotton), running shoes or sports sandals (must be securely fastened to your foot- no flip flops please), change of clothes and shoes for after your tour, towel, sunscreen, fleece or wool top (very important).
What to Bring for your Mountain Biking Adventure: Comfortable clothes to cycle in, cycling shoes or running shoes, sunscreen, jacket, water bottle, sunglasses, backpack (optional).
What to Bring for your Hiking Adventure: Hiking boots (worn-in preferably) or sturdy running shoes and socks, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat or cap, back pack (optional)
What to Bring for your Horseback Riding Adventure: Long pants and a good sturdy pair of shoes with a heel, for comfort and safety or running shoes. Sandals are not allowed. A well fitting hat and sunglasses and bring a jacket or warm sweater along in case you need it. Backpacks are not allowed out on the trail, however they can be stored at the front desk for safe keeping.
What to Bring for your Snowshoeing Adventure: Warm hat, gaiters if possible, sunglasses/goggles, warm mitts or gloves, warm winter boots, thick wool socks, turtleneck and/or sweater (wool or fleece), warm pants and jacket (fleece or synthetic), water-resistant and warm outer pants and jacket, day pack (optional), and camera.
Please do not wear any cotton as it is a cold material that does not dry quickly.
What to Bring for your Cross Country Skiing Adventure: Warm hat, gaiters if possible, sunglasses/goggles, warm mitts or gloves, warm winter boots, thick wool socks, turtleneck and/or sweater (wool or fleece), warm pants and jacket (fleece or synthetic), water resistant and warm outer pants and jacket, day pack (optional), and camera.
