Who is the Old Man?
And Why are people rafting on him?
At the start of the season a couple of vetran open boaters from down south of Alberta traveled North to enroll in Inside Out Experience's Guides School. The reason? Both Rob and Ken were keen to tell us. They had both grown up next to two rivers that they wanted to share.
Rob and Ken now run the Old Man Rafting Company, The only commercial rafting company on these rivers.
A bunch of IOE guides snuck away to see what the fuss was about. Rob and Ken had not exaggerated. The Old Man and Castle rivers were everything promised and more. Check the photos here.
